Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc (EZGO Manufacturer) provides that any NEW EZGO vehicle equipped with a lithium battery pack and its associated battery charger purchased through Golf Imports Limited (trading as EZGO NZ), shall be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a determined period from the date of sale.

Within the warranty period, subject to the issues listed
below, EZGO NZ will repair or replace the vehicle and/or parts or battery of
the vehicle if the components in question are defective in materials or
workmanship.  The faulty part or cart must be inspected by EZGO NZ before
any parts are sent or replaced.

For such warranty repairs or replacements, EZGO NZ may, at its discretion, provide factory reconditioned parts or new components from alternate suppliers.

Parts repaired or replaced under the Limited Warranty are warranted for the
remainder of the length of the original Warranty Period.

Warranty Period

The below is our standard Warranty Period. Sometimes we offer extended warranty on vehicles and parts.  Please refer specifically to your invoice.  If no reference is made then our standard Warranty Period as below applies.

1. For NEW EZGO RXV Fleet Vehicles
   EZGO NZ warrants each NEW EZGO RXV Fleet Vehicle to be free of defects for a period of 6 years from the date of sale.
   Lithium Batteries are warranted for a period of 6 years from the date of sale.
2. For NEW EZGO Hauler & Shuttle Vehicles
   EZGO NZ warrants each NEW EZGO Hauler & Shuttle Vehicles to be free of defects for a period of 2 years from the date of sale.
   Lithium Batteries are warranted for a period of 4 years from the date of sale.
3. For FACTORY CERTIFIED Preowned EZGO Vehicles
   Warranty can vary.  Please refer to your invoice which will have your specific warranty period noted.
4. For OTHER Used, Clearance, Trademe and non-EZGO Vehicles
   Typically, these other used vehicles have a minimal warranty.  Please refer to your invoice.  If there is no specified warranty for the charger provided it will be 3 months from date of sale.

Exclusions from this Limited Warranty

Specifically excluded from this Limited Warranty are:

1. Routine maintenance items, normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration or electrical components damaged as a result of fluctuations in electric current ie. lightning strikes or power failures. Internal inspection of charger will determine cause of failure
2. Damage to or deterioration of cart/s, parts, battery or battery charger resulting from neglect, mistreatment, accident, collision or inadequate maintenance
3. Damage resulting from installation or use of parts or accessories not approved by EZGO NZ
4. Warranty repairs performed by someone other than EZGO NZ or an Authorised Service Agent shall void the Limited Warranty
5. Damage or loss resulting from acts of nature, vandalism, theft, war or other events over which EZGO NZ has no control
6. Any and all expenses incurred in transporting the Vehicle to and from either EZGO NZ or an Authorised Service Agent.
