EZGO NZ needs another amazing staff member for their small team based in Papakura.
We are looking for a full time Office Administrator to fill in the following:
- Administration
- Customer Services (phone, emails, customers coming into the office)
- Have a high level of experience in Xero
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll (currently using SmartPayroll)
- Filing GST
- General Errands as required
Helpful qualities but not compulsory:
- Finance experience
- Governance, Contracts, Health and Safety etc.
Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm

-Assembly of golf carts
-Cleaning of golf carts
-Picking/Packing of parts
-Pick up/Delivery of golf carts
-General workshop duties
