Founded by a Papakura local in 1972, EZGO NZ is the proud importer of the worlds best electric cart. With over 80 golf courses in New Zealand offering EZGO carts to their members, EZGO is the leading golf cart brand in New Zealand. We don't just sell golf carts, we also supply a range of electric utility carts to various businesses around the country such as Fisher & Paykel, Ryman Healthcare, Auckland Zoo, Ports of Auckland and many more.

Mobile Service Technician

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, self-managing Mobile Technician to join our team to deliver exceptional Service and Technical expertise to our EZGO customers all around the North Island.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Mobile Service Technician will be either in our workshop, or out and about servicing, diagnosing and repairing EZGO electric carts at our customer sites around the wider Auckland, Waikato & Bay of Plenty. Some trips further afield may be required with overnight stays
  • The role will at times require detailed troubleshooting and use of diagnostic tools and equipment to find the root cause of any issues or faults
  • It will be the Technician's responsibility to ensure they always have a well stocked company vehicle with parts and tools required, as well as daily reporting of timesheet, job sheets and any vehicle log books as required
  • Expectation that the Technician will be up to speed on all factory technical information bulletins and specific factory product documentation
  • There may be other tasks as required by manager and this may include covering for other production and service staff who are away, delivering carts and helping with warehouse management and stock takes.

Key Account Manager - Golf Club

We’re looking for a solid team player who is great at developing long-term relationships and focusing on delivering premium customer service to all our existing and prospective EZGO Golf Club customers throughout NZ

Whilst the role is based out of our Papakura premises, there will be a lot of time out on the road visiting Golf Clubs around NZ. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Key account management of existing Golf Club customers to ensure retention and growth of existing customers
  • Develop and implement business development strategies across non-EZGO Golf Clubs around NZ to grow market share
  • Presenting and demonstrating our product and technology to existing and potential Golf Club customers
  • Representing the brand and company at events.

Parts and Service Advisor
