Returns & Refunds Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.  Please note we won't refund the shipping cost.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Send items back to us with a copy of your original invoice and confirmation whether you wish us to exchange, credit or refund.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Orders will be shipped using NZ Post courier or economy tracked service.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that if you are ordering more than 1 of our higher value items please contact us directly to obtain an individual freight estimate that will likely be considerably lower than what our shipping calculator will propose.

Pick up from our Vernon Street, Papakura Showroom

We offer pick up from our Showroom. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Our showroom is open 9 - 4 Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Damaged Goods

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ezgo.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.  We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours if you change your mind as long as you haven't picked up your order.  We will issue you a full refund to the original payment method.
